Step into Santa’s Grotto.

This year, Santa’s Grotto is nestled in the heart of a magical winter forest, where friendly fauns and cheerful elves will guide you through an unforgettable festive adventure.

Enjoy enchanting storytelling and a captivating hologram show before meeting Santa himself in his woodland grotto. Each child will receive a special gift to take home—a keepsake to remember the magic.

• Dedicated SEND sessions are available to ensure an inclusive and magical experience for all.

Located in the former Top Shop unit in Princess Square (opposite Dunelm), Santa’s Grotto promises a festive journey filled with storytelling, magical moments, and memories.

Each session lasts approximately 10 minutes. Please arrive up to 5 minutes before your slotted time as the experience will start promptly. E.g. If your session is at 11:15 - 12:00 then please arrive between 11:10 - 11:15.

Please note adults can only attend if a child ticket has been booked. A maximum of 4 adults and 4 children can be booked onto a single time slot. Please get in touch at the-lexicon-tickets@bakehousefactory.co.uk if your group is larger than this.

We offer quieter session for our SEND families on Wednesdays and Sundays. As these are for families with additional needs, please consider booking general admission tickets if this doesn't apply to you.

Between Saturday 22nd November to Wednesday 24th December:
Wednesday 10:00 - 10:30 & 15:00 - 15:30 
Sunday 9:30 - 10:00

These will include longer time slots to allow additional time either side of the experience to support access requirements. The experience will involve being enclosed in a 8 adults capacity space facing a holographic screen with moving image and sound.
